Depending upon the type of item, natural materials, fossils, carvings, jewelry, and collectibles may have undergone preparation such as cutting, carving, polishing, stabilization, repair, restoration, filling, mounting, assembly, cleaning, or other customary preparation.

When such treatment, restoration, repair, or preparation is known to Earth’s Oasis Crystals and is material to the nature of an item, we make reasonable efforts to disclose that information in the applicable product listing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Earth’s Oasis Crystals does not represent that every natural specimen has undergone laboratory or specialist examination to determine the presence or absence of treatments, stabilization, repair, or restoration.

Product Photography, Color & Lighting

Earth’s Oasis Crystals makes reasonable efforts to photograph and represent products accurately.

For products designated as an Exact Piece, the photographs show the actual specimen or item being offered for sale for the selected product or variation.

The appearance of natural materials can vary depending on lighting conditions, viewing angle, camera exposure, reflections, surrounding colors, photography conditions, individual monitors, mobile devices, and screen/display settings.

Colors, tones, translucency, flash, shimmer, inclusions, patterns, and other visual characteristics may therefore appear lighter, darker, brighter, more muted, or otherwise somewhat different when viewed in person or under different lighting.

Earth’s Oasis Crystals makes reasonable efforts to present product photographs without materially altering the natural appearance of the specimen.

Measurements & Weights

Product measurements and weights are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but should be considered approximate.

Measurements may be taken by hand using rulers or calipers, and weights may vary slightly between scales. Natural or irregular shapes may also make exact measurements difficult.

Customers should rely on the written measurements and weights provided in a listing rather than estimating the size or weight of an item solely from photographs.

Display Props & Accessories

Display stands, holders, rulers, coins, hands, lighting, decorations, backgrounds, or other objects may occasionally appear in product photographs for purposes of scale, presentation, or demonstration.
