By visiting our website, purchasing from our store, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on this website, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Products & Natural Materials
Earth’s Oasis Crystals offers natural crystals, minerals, fossils, stone carvings, collectibles, display pieces, accessories, and related products.
Because many of our products are naturally occurring materials, variations and characteristics such as inclusions, pits, fissures, matrix, natural fractures, irregularities, color variations, contact points, mineral deposits, and surface characteristics may be present.
These characteristics are part of natural mineral, fossil, and stone specimens and are not necessarily considered defects or damage.
Hand-carved, cut, polished, or otherwise shaped natural stone products may also contain minor variations or characteristics resulting from the natural material or production process.
Exact Piece Products
Many products offered by Earth’s Oasis Crystals are unique, one-of-a-kind specimens.
When a product is identified as an Exact Piece, the customer will receive the exact item photographed for the product or variation selected.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the photographs, videos when available, measurements, weights, descriptions, and disclosures provided before completing a purchase.
Product photographs are intended to represent the actual item as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, viewing angle, photography conditions, camera exposure, reflections, screen settings, and individual displays.

Product Identification & Authenticity
Earth’s Oasis Crystals makes reasonable efforts to accurately identify and describe the crystals, minerals, fossils, stones, carvings, and other products offered for sale.
Identification may be based on supplier information, stated locality or origin, physical characteristics, industry terminology, and our own examination and research.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, specimens and materials have not been independently laboratory tested, certified, or authenticated by a third-party laboratory or gemological institution.
Because identification of natural materials can sometimes vary among suppliers, collectors, geologists, mineralogists, gemologists, or other specialists, product names and identifications should be understood in the context of the information reasonably available at the time of listing.
If additional testing, certification, or authentication has been performed on a particular item, that information may be stated in the individual product listing.
Treatments, Restoration & Preparation
Natural materials and collectibles may undergo preparation before sale.
Depending upon the type of item, this may include cutting, carving, polishing, stabilization, repair, restoration, filling, mounting, assembly, cleaning, or other customary preparation.
When such treatment, restoration, repair, or preparation is known to Earth’s Oasis Crystals and is material to the nature of the item, we make reasonable efforts to disclose that information in the applicable product listing.
Measurements & Weights
Measurements and weights are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but should be considered approximate.
Measurements may be taken by hand using rulers or calipers, and weights may vary slightly between scales. Natural and irregular shapes can also make exact measurement difficult.
Minor differences caused by measuring methods, equipment, rounding, or irregular shapes are not necessarily considered product defects or inaccuracies.
Customers should rely on written measurements and weights rather than estimating size solely from photographs.
Photography, Props & Accessories
Photographs and videos are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Display stands, holders, rulers, coins, hands, lighting equipment, decorations, backgrounds, or other objects may occasionally appear in photographs to demonstrate scale, appearance, or presentation.
Unless the product listing specifically states that an accessory or display item is included, only the item described as being offered for sale is included with the purchase.
Product Availability
Many products are available in a quantity of only one.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that item. An item is considered purchased only after checkout and payment have been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to correct inventory errors, pricing errors, product information, or other inaccuracies when reasonably necessary.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice prior to purchase.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed for shipment.
Shipping
Earth’s Oasis Crystals currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates are based on the combined total weight of the order and are calculated automatically at checkout.
When multiple items are purchased together, their weights are combined so the order receives the applicable shipping rate for the combined shipment rather than separate shipping charges for each individual item.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day after cleared payment. Orders placed on weekends or postal holidays will generally be processed the next available business day.
Tracking is provided with shipments, and shipments are insured for their shipment value.
Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.
Additional shipping terms, including carrier delays, lost packages, shipping damage, delivery issues, address problems, and returned packages, are provided in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an address error is discovered before shipment, please contact Earth’s Oasis Crystals immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Additional terms concerning packages returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused delivery, or failure to claim a shipment are provided in our applicable store policies.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because Earth’s Oasis Crystals primarily sells unique and one-of-a-kind merchandise, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or addressed under our policies concerning shipping damage, lost shipments, incorrect items, or other qualifying order issues.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product photographs, descriptions, measurements, weights, and applicable disclosures before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations
Because orders are prepared and shipped quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has shipped.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers should report qualifying shipping problems promptly.
Shipping damage must be reported in accordance with the time and documentation requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must retain the damaged item, shipping box, shipping label, and original packaging when shipping damage occurs.
Photographs and additional documentation may be required for carrier or insurance claims.
Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with documentation or inspection requirements necessary to process an eligible shipping or insurance claim.

Storage & Household Disclosure
Inventory is stored in a pet friendly (cat) and smoker friendly household. Items are stored in totes with bamboo charcoal to help reduce exposure and help maintain freshness.
Customers with sensitivities to pets, smoke, or related odors should consider this disclosure before purchasing.

Any information provided concerning the traditional, spiritual, metaphysical, energetic, or historical associations of crystals, minerals, or stones is provided for general informational and cultural-interest purposes only.

Customers are responsible for appropriately handling, using, storing, and displaying purchased products and for keeping potentially hazardous, fragile, sharp, heavy, or small items away from children and pets when appropriate.
Products are sold as collectibles, decorative items, mineral specimens, jewelry, accessories, or other products according to their individual descriptions and are not intended for consumption unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment Disputes & Transaction Records
Customers experiencing an order problem are encouraged to contact Earth’s Oasis Crystals so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Earth’s Oasis Crystals may maintain records relating to transactions, including product descriptions and photographs, Exact Piece photographs and videos when applicable, measurements and weights, customer communications, payment and order information, applicable store policies, shipping records, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
If a payment dispute, chargeback, shipping claim, or other transaction dispute occurs, Earth’s Oasis Crystals may provide relevant records and documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, insurance providers, platform providers, or other parties reasonably involved in reviewing or resolving the matter.
Nothing in this section restricts a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.
